Dam is by Distelfink, NZ's leading showjumping sire, a Hanoverian stallion by DISKUS out of ST PR ST DOREEN by DUKER. Bred by Hennig Bartels of Braunschweig, Germany, DISTELFINK was licensed as a breeding stallion prior to importing into New Zealand in 1982. DISTELFINK produced Horse of the Year Winners, Young Horse of the Year, Show Hunter of the Year and national champions in dressage and eventing. He was 3rd on the WBCSH/FEI sires list for event horses in 1997/98 season.
